Steven T. Lane was admitted to the bar in 1994 and began his career with the law firm of F. Lee Bailey & Aaron J. Broder representing innocent victims that were tragically killed in the international air disaster cases including the downing of Pan Am flight 103 over Lockerbie Scotland as well as the Korean Air flight 0007 disaster. Since that time, Steve has represented hundreds of clients who have sustained injuries involving aircraft accidents, construction site accidents, auto accidents, premises cases such as slip/trip and fall accidents, police brutality and civil rights violation cases, wrongful imprisonment cases, public transportation accidents as well as numerous victims of medical and podiatric malpractice. He is a seasoned trial attorney and has tried over a hundred cases to verdict in all courts in the State of New York including the United States District Courts. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for clients and takes pride in his accomplishments. In addition to extensive trial experience. Steve is a seasoned appellate attorney having successfully argued landmark cases before the appellate courts of the State of New York.

Steven is a 1993 graduate of Brooklyn Law School where he was chosen for both the Moot Court Honor Society and the Brooklyn Law School Trial Advocacy Team. While a Law student, Steve earned honors in the National Trial Advocacy Competition sponsored by the American Trial Lawyers Association.

Since graduating, Steven has worked exclusively representing victims that have been seriously injured due to the negligence of others. He has been an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, The American Trial Lawyers Association, The New York State Bar Association, The Nassau County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
