Gus J. Constantinidis is the principal of Constantinidis & Associates, P.C. and has been long recognized as one of the most renowned and successful personal injury trial attorneys in the State of New York. Upon graduating in 1995 from one of the country’s top public interest law schools, City University of New York School of Law, a school whose mission statement is to provide “law in the service of human needs” Mr. Constantinidis went to work for a Manhattan based personal injury law firm. During his tenure there, he quickly realized that he did not want to continue working for a mill type law firm handling hundreds of files where clients were merely an assigned file number.  It was apparent that this was not the type of practice he wanted to be associated with and the importance of providing his community with top notch legal representation became a goal.  

With that in mind, Constantinidis & Associates, P.C. was born with the motto SMALL ENOUGH TO CARE, BIG ENOUGH TO WIN!  It was abundantly clear to him that clients needed a law firm that understood the client’s needs and concerns and had the requisite knowledge, experience and skill to safely navigate them through the rough waters of litigation. As such, he put together a team of seasoned trial attorneys who also had experience defending large insurance companies to work for him and his clients. This not only gave the firm exceptional courtroom talent, it provided an in depth perspective as to how major insurance companies defended these types of cases.
