Christopher J. Lanigan has been admitted to practice law before the Courts of the State of New York since 1995.  Over the course of his twenty-two (22) year career, Mr. Lanigan has tried over a hundred cases to verdict in all five (5) boroughs of New York City as well as on Long Island and Westchester.  Mr. Lanigan’s exceptional courtroom talent has resulted in him having being appointed as Senior Trial Attorney for many of the top insurance companies in the country, including State Farm Insurance, Allstate Insurance and Traveler’s Insurance with culmination of him being named Attorney of Record for Progressive Insurance Company’s Long Island Office.

For twenty (20) years, Mr. Lanigan has engaged in daily interaction with hundreds of claim representatives, their supervisors and management at the above-said insurance companies. He has defended their insureds giving him a unique insight into claims handling and defense strategies.  He is fully familiar with how accident claims are processed, established and more importantly, defended.
